Ingredients for Instant Dosa
Semolina – सूजी -1 Cup
Wheat Flour – गेहूं का आटा – 1/4 Cup
Curd – दही – 1 Cup
Salt – नमक – 3/4 tsp
Baking Soda – बेकिंग सोडा – 1/4 tsp

How to prepare Instant rava dosa?
1. In a bowl, add 1 cup of Suji, ¼ cup of wheat flour, 1 cup of curd, ¾ tsp of salt, and mix well.

2. Add a little water to prepare a batter of dosa consistency. Once done, cover and set aside for 15 minutes.

3. After 15 minutes, add a little water (if necessary) if the batter appears thick.

4. Add ¼ tsp of baking soda to the batter and mix well.

5. Heat the Tawa for preparing dosa. Grease the Tawa with a little ghee.

6. Drizzle water over the Tawa and wipe it. Next, pour the batter in the Tawa and spread it evenly in a circular motion (like what you do for preparing the dosa).

7. Cook the dosa over high heat and drizzle oil around the circumference and at the top.

8. Cook the dosa until golden brown from below. Once done, roll the dosa and take it out on a plate.

9. Prepare all the dosa similarly and serve hot with any dip of your choice.
