Garlic cloves – 8
Cumin- 1 tsp
Salt – 2 tsp
Coriander leaves – small bowl

Oil -1 tsp
Tampering seeds
Garlic cloves –4
Asafoetida- ½ tsp
Red chili – 2
Curry leaves- 2 springs

Type 2:

Red Sorrel leaves – 2Bunches
Oil – 1 Tbsp
Tamarind – little
Green chili – 15-20
Salt – 2 tsp
Coriander leaves – small bowl
Mustard and fenugreek powder – ½ tsp
Garlic and cumin – 1 tsp
Turmeric- little
Water – 50 ml

Tampering:

Oil -1 tsp
Tampering seeds
Garlic cloves –4
Asafoetida- ½ tsp
Red chili – 2
Curry leaves- 2 springs

Type 3:

Groundnut – 1 tbsp
Oil – 3 tbsp
Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
Red chili- 5
Green chili- 10
Turmeric- 1 tsp
Garlic cloves – 5
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves- few

Tempering:

Oil -1 tsp
Tampering seeds
Garlic cloves –4
