  1. The warm food was the thing that ultimately took me away from Raw – I lived in Alaska when I started and it was just tooooooo cold. Now I live in the south so even in the winter it's so much easier.

EDITED…i ate some organic dried mango and it hurted me, 😥 i ate just dried mango that day to test how the dried mango effected my body, i ate from two different stores, i had acid come up and a headache, i thought maybe the mangos had preservatives but they were both organic but also both not dried by me. Yet i still would stay away due to the fact that nature does not offer cooked or dried food or cut food, but cutting doesn't effect the temperature but does change the form. 💜💜💙💛💛♥❤❤❤💚💚

  3. I think it's good she is branching out and offering some slightly warm foods. And the kelp noodles at least look like a good noodle substitute. Before every noodle recipe were just spiraled zucchini.

  4. I’ve made your lasagna many times. The more you make it the more creative you become. I love the creativity with being raw vegan! I’ve Learned from the best, the one and only Fully Raw Kristina 💓

  5. What's a great replacement for nut and tree nuts? My husband and I will not bring them into the house because my daughter is severely allergic to it.
