Ingredients
1 head Cabbage (I used chinese cabbage)———P30.38
1/2 Kilo Ground Pork———————————-P116.60
2 cloves garlic, minced ——————————-P 3.00
2 medium size red onion, minced——————P 12.00
1/2 cup Parsley —————————————-P 8.00
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce ————————————–P 1.00
2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce ———————————-P 3.00
1 Egg —————————————————-P 5.50
1/2 Tsp Salt ——————————————–P .10
1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper ———————–P .20

1/2 cup Flour ——————————————P 3.00
1/2 Tsp Salt ——————————————–P .10
1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper ———————–P .20
1 cup Bread Crumbs ———————————-P 5.00
2 Eggs, beaten —————————————–P 11.00

Procedure
1. Cut the end part of the cabbage. Seperate cabbage leaves.
2. Boil cabbage leaves for 10 seconds. After 10 second remove from boiling water and set aside.
3. In a bowl combine ground pork, garlic, onion, parsley, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.
4. Put ground pork mixture into the cabbage leaves and roll. Repeat process until you finish all the mixture. Put rolled cabbage into the steamer. Steam for 15 minutes over low heat.
5. In another bowl combine flour, salt and ground black pepper. Mix well.
6. Dredge steamed cabbage roll into the flour mixture, then dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown in color. Drain in paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve as ulam (viand) and snacks (meryenda).
