  1. Jackfruit is the national fruit of Bangladesh. And even we bengalis from West Bengal eat it both ripe and raw one in dal,sukto,echor torkari. This recipe that you have done is authentic bengali ghoti barir recipe. It's called gachh badsahi( Royal biriyani of tree goat meat) .But, we marinate with little soy milk and curd also.
