Marshmello speaks out not often for protests and racial injustices

Marshmello has had enough of protests and racial injustice.

Although the DJ / producer rarely uses his platform to express himself, enough is enough. Marshmello says he has reached his "turning point" and makes a statement in a series of tweets below.

He writes: “Black culture and influence play a big role in the music that I make. No white man can relate or begin to understand the systematic racism and injustices that the black community is exposed to on a daily basis. "

"It is up to us to bring justice to George Floyd and the countless others who have lost their lives and ultimately to bring this hateful racist complex to the ground."

He ends his message with a call to action for his 2.3 million followers – "If you are a real fan of mine, you will do your part to get up and join us. #justiceforgeorgefloyd #COUNT BLACK LIFE "
