Our core promise as a company, the Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group, is to make the people in our businesses happy. Even in uncertain times, nothing changes in the promise that is the focus of our actions, namely the care of our customers and our committed family of employees. The safety and well-being of our guests and our employees has been and remains our main concern during this pandemic.
In Phase I, we are pleased to announce the reopening of Ralph & # 39; s on the Park on Wednesday, May 20, 2020, and Napoleon House on Friday, May 22, 2020. Before we open our doors to you as a guest – we dedicate this time to training our managers, employees and culinary teams on the current security measures. Strict cleaning and disinfection procedures have been introduced that far exceed the required requirements. We will change our operating hours and reservation system to allow the optimal distance between tables and guests from a wealth of care and security. An exciting reopening menu has been created to showcase the flavors and dishes that our dedicated customers typically enjoy. Our reservation team will contact you if a booking needs to be changed in any way.
Reservations at Ralph & # 39; s on the Park in the first week starting Monday, May 20, begin with dinner on Wednesday and Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. In addition to dinner, brunch is offered on weekends from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Selected seats and timing are structured in such a way that the appropriate number of guests is taken into account during the entire dining experience. The restaurant is closed on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings.
The Napoleon House will reopen on Friday, May 22nd, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, and on Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. As there are no reservations, walk-ins are performed during these specific times, subject to availability and certain seat allocations depending on limited capacity.
We understand and appreciate the concerns of our guests and employees affected by the pandemic. If you cannot dine in our restaurants, pick-up at the roadside is still possible in both restaurants.
According to the requirements of the city, the Ralph Brennan Restaurant Group follows the example and logs the names and telephone numbers of the guests for contract tracking and requires a mask for the guests when entering and walking through the facility.
Above all, remember that we're always there for you – along with the other small businesses in New Orleans – and strive to offer the best possible hospitality. As New Orleans people, we are known to demonstrate strength, unwavering concern for the improvement of everyone, and resilience during every crisis we face. We will go through this together as a community!
We wish you much health and harmony this summer season and look forward to serving you again soon.
